The residence is situated only five minutes from the fair hall in Verona. The centre is comfortably to reach. The residence is beside the hospital of Borgo Roma and the commercial centre. Every unity has own bathrooms, small breakfast, phone, safe deposit, key, coffeemaker in the morning for: coffee, Capuccino, tea, milk, slat macchiato etc.

Around 8.00 o’clock you can enjoy fresh croissants in the zone Relax.

We ask you with the reservation of the room to ask for them. In the morning the service is guaranteed around 8.30. Only from the residence to the fair hall.
